Yes, she essentially can. The manga describes it like a huge temptation thing. Vriska doesn't really have the cracks of a weak heart or will, so I didn't expect it to work. Like seeping poison into the soul of the heart with soft whispers and words. Temptation really. And of course it never works without mun permission. Gamzee and Vriska play a close first in my book but Vriska is my favorite of the trolls <3
